The new Landi Renzo R&D centre recognized as the Engine Test Facility of the Year at the 2014 Automotive Testing Technology International Awards
The recognition is awarded by the "Automotive Testing Technology International" magazine
Less than two months after its official opening on September 19th to celebrated the 60th anniversary of the founding of the company, the new Landi Renzo R&D centre has obtained its first, prestigious international recognition.
The official announcement was made in the November issue of the magazine "Automotive Testing Technology International," which, since 1998, offers R&D managers and technical directors quarterly reports on the most innovative technologies in the automotive sector through in-depth articles and interviews. It boasts a circulation of 14,000 paper copies and, since 2009, of 49,000 digital copies, sent to industry professionals in over 70 countries around the world.
The award testifies to the quality of the new R&D centre's investments in technology, facilities and know-how, confirming Landi Renzo's leadership in the field of ecological mobility.
The prestigious jury was made up of: Rüdiger Hiemenz, Technical Director, Mando R & D Europe; Tom Hollowell, President, WTH Consulting; Keith Read, Editor of the Magazine; Phil Morse, Owner of Energy Balance; David Clay, Director of Laboratory Operations and Test Prototypes, Cummins Turbo Technologies.
